Apartment MARINA 1 is located on the ground floor, the total area of the apartment is 28 m²and associated garden terrace is 24 m². The apartment is located on the south side of the house with a partial sea view. The apartment is ideal for families with small child.

Apartment MARINA 1 is equipped with air condition, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, parking (for one car)…

Capacity = 2 + 1 persons

Apartment consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa as an extra bed. Kitchen and dining room are one unit, equipped with a table and chairs, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker and other necessary kitchen accessories and dishes. Bathroom is equipped with bath, toilet, sink and hair dryer.

The private outdoor terrace is equipped with table and chairs, sun awning, and next to it there is a barbecue.

A sufficient number of towels and kitchen towels. Clean linen is provided once a week.
Pats are not allowed.
Baby Cot under the previous agreement.
