Prices

The prices are in Euros. The price includes residential tax, parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and everything else listed on our web site. Price does not include additional person over the specified capacity. For additional person is charged 15 EUR/night.

In order to achieve reservation in our apartments 25% advance payment is required. The rest should be paid in cash upon arrival to apartment.

Cancellation Policy:

If the reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival day or more, we will return the entire amount of the reservation minus handling banks charges.
